Full-Time

Some important logistics for full-time participants are as follows:

Registration

Each school year, a non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required for each child.  All continuing students must return the current forms for medical (filled out by their physician),  Identification/Emergency information , and the two information forms for the classroom.

Signing In and Out

State licensing requires that the parent, guardian or designated adult sign the child in and out of school every day noting the time, with full signature and child's full name. Please do not allow your child to sign.  Sign-in/out boards are in each classroom from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  From 7-8:00 AM they are in Room 9.  Park in designated parking spaces  while you are in the school, not the driveway, handicapped area or in front of the office in the red zone.

  Potty Training

There will be a maximum of six (6) non-potty trained children in Room 9.  A potty-rained child must be able to tell the teachers when they need to use the bathroom and use only cloth underwear, no diapers or pull ups.  The staff will be supportive in the potty-training process. Therefore, there will need to be good communication between the parents and teachers.  A daily changing chart  will be kept.  Parents must provide diapers or pull ups and wipes.

If you state that your child is potty-trained when registering, you will be charged the potty-trained fee.  If after two weeks,  we find that your child is not potty-trained one of two options will occur:

     1.  You  will need to begin paying the non-potty trained fee, if we have not exceeded the allowable number of non-potty trained children in the classroom.

     2.  If there is no space for a non-potty trained child you will need to withdraw your child from the program and we will put your child on the waiting list.  Your child may return when fully potty trained depending on available space.   We will make every effort to reinstate your child in the program as soon as possible.

Field Trips

If a child is registered to come for two, three or four full days per week he/she may attend a field trip when that field trip is scheduled for a day he/she is not scheduled to come.  There will be no extra charge for attending the field trip if the parent accompanies the child.
